At Wakuli Koffie, we want you to enjoy every cup; if your coffee arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a hassle-free return or replacement process within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our freshly roasted beans, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless there is a quality defect.
Return Process

Send an email to our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Evidence
For damaged goods or quality concerns, please attach a clear photo of the packaging and the product's roast date.
- 3.Receive Approval
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return shipping label or confirm your replacement.
- 4.Refund or Reship
Once confirmed, we will either ship a fresh batch of coffee to your door or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
