How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches multiple times a week. Your coffee is typically shipped within 48 hours of roasting to ensure you experience the peak flavor profile and aroma.
Do you offer a coffee subscription service?
Yes, we offer flexible subscriptions where you can choose your favorite beans and delivery frequency. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Where does Wakuli source its coffee beans?
We source our specialty-grade beans directly from smallholder farmers across the coffee belt, including Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil, ensuring fair pay and sustainable farming practices.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship nationwide. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my coffee if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your coffee pods compatible with Nespresso machines?
Yes, our biodegradable coffee pods are fully compatible with standard Nespresso OriginalLine machines. They are not compatible with VertuoLine machines.
